I started using Primo Online about a few weeks ago, It worked fast and great. Then for some reason it no longer worked at all, I thought it might just be a workplace issue so I tried it from home too. It won't work from there either I even tried a number of different files types. It still will not work, What recent changes have been made to prevent Promo Online from working with my files? I tried word, excel and JPEG files none of them worked at all.
