I recently downloaded a trial version of PrimoPDF and it seems like a great product. However, I do have a question about how to get multiple worksheets to appear in a single PDF file.

I have one Excel file where I print using "entire workbook" and select pages 1 to 2 (one page each from 2 different worksheets). That prints fine with 2 pages in a single pdf. However, if I try to print from pages 3 to 4 (again two different worksheets) , PrimoPDF prints the first page to one PDF, and then prompts me for the filename for the second page.

What is different in my Excel file that prevents PrimoPDF from printing all to a single pdf file? I've removed any page breaks from the pages.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Gregory

Did you find a solution? I created a simple Excel 2003 test file, adding Sheet4 to the default three sheets and tried printing PDF with PrimoPDF. I had the same problem as you; it would not include Sheet4. I could include the Sheet1, Sheet2, and Sheet3 in one printing and that worked, but PrimoPDF will not print Sheet4 with any of the first three sheets.

Ah, wait. I just succeeded in getting Sheet3 and Sheet4 in one file. PrimoPDF initially only printed Sheet3 and then prompted me to append Sheet4. With Adobe Reader still open, I tried that but it did not work. I deleted the Sheet3 PDF and started over. This time, after a PDF for Sheet3 appeared in Adobe Reader, I closed it, i.e. in Adobe Reader, and then told PrimoPDF to append the next page, the one for Sheet4 to the file. The result, finally, was single PDF file with Sheet3 and Sheet4.
