View Full Version : Unable to install printer PrimoPDF - PrimoPort: (1726),

Have been using Primo for some time without any problems excellent product. Today received a print spooler error. Reviewed forums, did the run service.msc and this allowed Primo to work partially. Only printed first page of multipaged doc. Then Uninstalled and reinstalled. Received error at end of installation:

Unable to install printer PrimoPDF - PrimoPort: (1726),

Have uninstalled and reinstalled many times since and no luck. Any suggestions?

I am having the same problem, tried to manually add it, and it didnt work, didt figure but was worth a try, any help here would be really appreciated.

Found fix. After istallation go to Printers and Faxes, click add printer, in make select HP, in model sect Color Laserjet 4550 PS click next, works great :)
