Can I turn off 'append to file' confirmation?

Hi
I've selected 'append to file' in options, but every time I print to pdf, a dialogue comes up asking me to confirm my choice.
Is there a way of getting primopdf to remember this choice, instead of having to confirm it every time?

PrimoPDF is being conservative in its reaction to where the file conversion does not create a new PDF file but results in the appending to a pre-existing file. This is the same reaction if you had selected Overwrite. PrimoPDF would confirm the action to overwrite before it does it. If it didn't do this confirmation, you might not know the last selection wasn't append but overwrite and all the work you did is now gone.
