Failed to install PrimoPDF

I try to install FreePrimopdf325.exe, but it crashed at the end with this message:
"Could not create uninstall shortcut:
C:\documents and Settings\apang.tsports\start menu\programs\activepdf\primopdf\uninstalPrimoPdf. lnk"

After I press OK, the PrimoPdf is not fully installed because I do not see the printer driver for me to convert doc to PDF.

Pls advise.

Well the install did fail. Try the following to uninstall, and then try again.

Run the uninstall procedure from PrimoPDF from the Start>Run line:
"C:\WINDOWS\PrimoPDF\uninstall.exe" "/U:C:\Program Files\activePDF\PrimoPDF\Uninstall\uninstall.xml"
