When I install Primo PDF free version it appears to install correctly. The only thing that I can access once installed is the online manual. Any thoughts or help with this?

After successfull installing PrimoPDF, you will should have a printer added to the list of printers called PrimoPDF.
Are you saying the printer is not listed or are you expecting there to be a utility that you invoke to convert files? If the printer is not there, the install failed and you will need to do it again. If you expect to find a utility, I suggest reading the manual on how to use PrimoPDF.
