Paper Sizes

I have looked everywhere for options to include other international standard paper sizes in the drop down menu (windows user preferences etc...) but to no avail. So, if it is possible, it would be cool to have sizes A0-A6 as well as B sizes etc...

I frequently need to output to A0, and have to go through 'custom postscript' then set the size to mm (as I don't care for the other system, nothing personal, just habit), then need to enter the size. It's a bit of a hassle...

Now admittedly, I am still not sure that there is no way of doing this in windows, but if it is something that can be easily added, it would be real good.... (for me at least.... :D )

PrimoPDF is pretty simple. Page size is set in the application by defining the Page Layout. PrimoPDF takes what it is given, so if the document is printed as an A0 from the application, that is what the resultant PDF is. Simple.
