Hi,

OK so i'm not sure if this following problem lies in the program sending data to PrimoPDF, or in PrimoPDF, but anyway, heres goes:

Typically when I open PDF files generated by PrimoPDF via my simulation software, the landscape PDFs will display in their correct orientation, that is, short side up. Strangely, all of a sudden today, all of the output PDFs that I generate, are now displaying in portrait orientation, which is annoying because I have to click "rotate clockwise" to see the document correctly. What is causing this change in behavior? Is there something I need to change in PrimoPDF, or in the originating program itself?

I have uploaded example PDFs of this problem to the following free hosting site: http://www.mediafire.com/?1iyxg2jmmw2

Thanks in advance for your help.

what program were these files printed from? check the page setup option of the printing program. if it has a print preview option, click it and how does it look on screen?

These were printed from Orcad Lite, a circuit simulation software. In its print preview function, the printed page looks like this:
http://images30.fotki.com/v42/fileaRTR/1adb2/2/226163/4262741/prntp.jpg

Acrobat displays it as this, however:
http://images30.fotki.com/v1037/fileHrZR/1adb2/2/226163/4262741/prntp_2.jpg

is there a page setup in orcad? try a word or other file format. is this problem specific to this orcad program?

I have the same problem. My document is created in Microsoft Word 2003 and paper is in landscape orientation. When i print it using PrimoPDF v3.2, page in PDF is vertically oriented in Adobe Acrobat Reader 8 and I have to rotate the display clockwise. The display in PDF is vertically oriented regardless whether I select portrait or landscape setup in PrimoPDF printer settings before printing. I cannot create PDF with PrimoPDF that landscape pages are horizontaly oriented in display by default.
