I have an AMD 64 bit processor but cannot get PrimoPDF 64bit version to download or load into my computer. Anyone know how to fix this? or do I have to use the 32 bit version for some reason? Thank you

the software doesn't care if your cpu is 64bit. if your windows is 32bit, then you need 32bit installer.
