I have several computers in my company on which I'd like to install primoPDF. If I downloaded a copy from your website and install them individually, is this legal or do I need to purchase the Enterprise license?

You can install Primo on as many machines as you want. The Enterprise edition allows silent installs and configurable MSI scripts to name a few features.
If you don't mind your users double clicking and installing, then by all means put the PrimoPDF installer on your server.
