How Do I Get Rid Of The Bubble Pdf Registration Form? Even When I Fill It Out It Will Not Submit, Cannot Find The Web Page Or Something. It Keeps Coming Up On My Desktop And You Can't Get Rid Of It.

I am the IT for our company and we have been using Primo PDF for over a year now. We are not experts of this program so we run into problems. One problem is the Registration Form that keeps popping up on one of the users. Although it's not harmful, it is annoying. And it gets stuck there even when you fill in the fields. We 'submit' the form but it does not go away. What should we do? My superior wants me to remove the Primo from that computer (uninstall), then reinstall. Is this the only solution? Or will this get rid of that Registration Form? Or do you have a better, alternative solution? HELP! :eek:

My simple solution has been to hit ESC - though it will come back after so many conversions...not sure how many...
