Nothing happened After select PrimoPDF Printer

Hi
It work on local mode.
But when sign in to remote desktop mode, it do not work.

selected the PrimoPDF printer and click print but nothing happend.
I checked that the printer is ready mode (online).
Not sure whether access right problem or other problem.
What is wrong. Pls help.
