Work on local mode, but remote desktop connection mode fail _> nothing happened

Hi
It work on local mode.
But when sign in to remote desktop mode, it does not work.

selected the PrimoPDF printer and click print but nothing happend.
Only created entry in spool file of the PrimoPDF printer. But can not print.

I checked that the printer is ready mode (online).
Not sure whether access right problem or other problem.
What is wrong. Pls help.
