Proxy Challenge Dialog Presents Each Time I Use PrimoPDF

I recently installed PrimoPDF v3.1 on a desktop that is on a network.

Each time I create a PDF using PrimoPDF the network proxy challenge page appears and I have to provide a userId and passWord.

The assumption is that PrimoPDF needs something outside of the installed workstation code base or it needs to do something outside the work station.

I need to know what is happening and what I can do about it.

primopdf is trying to download an ad image. if your logged on user has internet access and proxy server is set up correctly. the prompt should not appear.

My logged on user id has internet access. So the issue is with the proxy configuration. If you could give me some ideas about possible causes I could discuss them with the group that supports the proxy server.
