missing data

I've been trying to convert an excel file to .pdf whch has worked before. Now it comes up in pdf as an empty table. Other files on my system work OK, although other files in the same folder don't. I've tried saving the file to other locations, uninstalling and re-installing primopdf, altering settings. I sent the file to another user and it worked for her.

Any suggestions?
