When I convert them all I see are bullets and the DRAFT watermark. I think it could be that I am using Helevetica fonts that may not be supported by the software. I tried using the online converter and it came out fine except it doesn't use my fonts.

If the PDF file does not have a particular font, it will try to subsitute when the font is displayed. If that is what is occurring, the suggestion is to embed the font in the original file (this is done from Word). When the file is being converted, use the Prepress setting which will include the font in the PDF file.

I have great success with Primo on all other computers, but one. I get an error message: "Unable to find or create the font 'AUXYXE+TimesNewRoman'. Some characters may not display or print correctly."

This happens with every font I try. The only difference with this machine is that it's running IE7. Could this have anything to do with it?

Thanks, J

It is not clear from your description whether the error is being displayed while converting the document or displaying. It is also not clear the relationship of IE 7.0 and the creation or displaying of the PDF file (unless you are saying that IE includes the missing font set).

Assuming that is the displaying, the font set, 'AUXYXE+TimesNewRoman', is not available on the system that is getting the error. If this is the case, either embed the font in the document before conversion to PDF or install the font set on the system experiencing the error.

Lance, thank you for the reply. Embarassingly, I hadn't noticed how old their version was of Acrobat Reader. An update fixed the problem. Thank you again and thank you for this great software!
