I have a strange problem. I added 2 PrimoPDF printers on different client computers to our main ERP software package, so that our users can print to PDF file instead of paper from this program. Our ERP software does not work with standard windows settings, but instead uses an .ini configuration file in which the printer name and location are specified. The print is routed through a print server to the user computer.
The funny thing is that on 1 user computer, the pop-up screen to save the file appears as normal, but on the other computer it refuses to appear. I have checked and rechecked the settings, and they're all exactly the same.
Any ideas how I can make this work?
