When I try to print to a PrimoPDF printer from our ERP location, nothing happens. The print is sent from our application, through a printserver, to the user's computer. Unfortunately the pop-up screen does not appear.
When I check the print spooling on the server I see the document appear in the spooling, but it's almost immediately after deleted, not allowing time to print.
When I print a test page directly from the user's computer it works fine, but from the printserver it fails to print.
I've checked the access rights and everyone has full control in both the sharing and security settings of the ActivePDF directory.
Strangely enough I have another client computer that DOES work, with exactly the same settings...
Please help me out, going nuts here :confused:
