Print PDF dies after about 250 pages

My user is running PrimoPDF v 3.1 (the free one.) When he prints this one PDF, it dies every time at about 250 pages. It just freezes. no error code, just freezes. Also, sometimes the file gets HUGE (gigs and gigs) and yet when you reprint it, it isn't as big, but still freezes.

He has plenty of space on his HD, is running XP SP2, has 1 GB ram, so it's not a system limit. Is there a limitation on the free version?

A number of changes were made to PrimoPDF 3.2. The suggestion is to test the file conversion against the current version available (version 3.2..., not to be confused with with the 32-bit version indicated in the file name) to see if the problem can be reproduced.

Does the problem occur before or after the Conversion Options window is displayed?
