I was able to download PrimoPDF to my desktop, but when I try to run the setup it gives me a KERNEL32.DLL error and tells me to restart my computer if I continue to experience problems (which, of course, does not help). I have tried deleting the PrimoPDF and reloading it, and this didn't help either. I used PrimoPDF frequently on my computer before it had a major breakdown and I had to reload everything, and I never had a problem before. I am using Windows ME. Any suggestions?
