Problem when creating pdf

Hi.

I've just started with a new company recently and they use PrimoPDF. Recently i have been trying to use this package (version 2.0 i think) but there appears to be a problem.

The following appears when i open the file that Primo had just created :

Does anybody have any idea why this is happening? If so, how can i solve it.

I realise that it may be a problem with Adobe Acrobat reader, but cant seem to find anything to solve the issue.

The suggestion is to upgrade to 3.2. Then see if you care replicate the failure.

Unfortunately the process of upgrading to new software is upto our IT dept....guess i'll just have to hope that'll solve the problem.

I had the same problem on one of my PCs. I have installed 3.2 and problem is solved.
