I have 2 user accounts on WinXP Pro. PrimoPDF works fine for whichever User Account is logged in first.

If I send a print job to PrimoPDF with the user account which was not logged in first, the SAVE AS Dialog Box does not appear for that user account. Instead, the SAVE AS Dialog Box gets sent to the screen of the first user account which was logged in.

Is anyone in PrimoPDF tech support or development aware of this quirk, and are there any fixes to this issue?

I guess they are, noticed and reported the same problem some time ago.

Yes, PrimoPDF (tested 2.0, 3.0, 3.2) are sometimes - probably under rule of first login - prints to different user screen.

Beside this, all tested versions are wrong in locating users Desktop except the user who did installation of PrimoPDF and Administrator account. Wrong location to Desktop is something like this: C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop
Try to install PrimoPDF as user X, then log in as user Y. Then print anything (test page is OK) and open "save to" window, click to Desktop and confirm, then see what you see in last screen of PrimoPDF as destination path. User X will be ok, user Y will point to ...systemprofile\Desktop.

User could not believe why his PDF printout sent to Desktop is not apearing on his Desktop.
