Only on WIN XP SP2 "Device settings dialogue" and all boxes following after them appear with little gray squares instead of text. On SP1 everything is OK.
Unfortunately I can not send snapshot this way. If description is not clear please give me adddress to send snapshot.
How to fix this?

PrimoPDF doesn't display any dialog box listing Device Setting?
If this is in reference to a PDF document, little boxes being displayed in a PDF are usually the result of a font subsituation (the PDF doesn't have the font set embedded in the file and the system doesn't have the font either to display the character). The fact that the other system is a SP1 doesn't have an affect, but it may mean that system has the required font set to display the document correctly.

Take for example printing from Autocad. There you have to define user custom paper size since printouts are not always standard cut sheet. In order to define it you have to go to advanced printer settings, that is PROPERTIES=>ADVANCED=>PrimoPDF advanced settings=>EditCustomPage=>PostScript Custom Page Definition.
In all dialogue boxes, starting with "PrimoPDF advanced settings", most of the text is replaced with little squares. The last box "PostScript Custom Page Definition" is practicaly unreadable.
Well it is not only problem with PrimPDF but with PDFill also. I use it for its editing tools which Primo does not have.
Problem is obviously with GUI fonting Primo is using which is in clash with changes SP2 is introducing. It does not happen on one computer only ,so it is not related to the way windows are installed. All computors with SP1 are OK, those with SP2 are not in the way described.
If necessary I could send you GUI snapshots if you give me address.
Suggestion: Shorten chain (number) of dialog boxes ,if possible, necessary to get to "PostScript Custom..." box. Ihave seen that in doPDF. It jumps directly from "Properties" to "Custom Page.." and there one could select either standard cut sheet or free size.
