Will only convert a portion to PDF

I am new to this forum but have used primoPDF for over a year without issue.

After loading the primoPDF software from the net onto new computers here at the shop a short time ago, I can successfully convert a large 9808 KB Microsoft word document to PDF, but it will only convert the first 2 pages of 10.
I am not a computer expert by any stretch and sure would appreciate some suggestions.

I have experienced this with Word files, prints 1st 2 pages only!

Have you learned anyting to solve this?

What version of PrimoPDF are you using? Also would it be possible for you to send a link to the file you are experiencing this problem with?

Doing a little research into this issue I found that we have seen similar results in one of our other products that was caused by missing windows/office updates. Please verify that you have all of the latest updates installed, if not please install them and let us know if that resolves the problem for you.

It is a work document, so can't send it, but it's in word, with lots of photos, etc. I copied it to a new doc and it still fails. Should be 10 pages.

Please try downloading and converting the word document below to see if it will convert proprerly for you...

If you can find a document that would be possible to share or if I could provide an email address for you to send it to it would help in order to do some testing on it to see if we can determine why it is not converting properly for you.
