Hi,

I have the program Vista home basic and downloaded the 32 bits Primo DPF program. No problem with downloading. It is only strange that I have no file for making or printing pdf. There is a map Primo PDF. When I open this map than I have 1) PrimoPDF manual 2) Uninstall PrimoDPF. I think it is not complete.
Where I get the file?

Thanks for your answer.

If there isn't any other files except the manual and the uninstaller, it would appear that the installation didn't complete and needs to be reinstalled (perform an "Add or Remove", and then try the installation again).

If other files are there and you are looking for a conversion application, be aware that PrimoPDF will appear as a printer and is not an application that is run. To use it, the file to be converted is opened by originating application (or reader), and then printed using the PrimoPDF printer. In the printing process, the file is eventually converted to a PDF.

Note: If you have a file but not the application to display it, you can use PrimoOnline. PrimoOnline has an interface where you submit a document to be converted and your email address that you want the resultant PDF file delivered. Also PrimoOnline does not required that it be installed on the user's system so file conversion to PDF is available anywhere there is Internet access even though you don't have Admin access to the system. It is available at: http://online.primopdf.com/
