I may be asking for a feature that's not available ... so please bear with me. I tried the forum's search but I many not have been using the right key words.

In the past I have come across PDF documents which allows the user to type information (names, address, etc.) directly into the form thus allowing a printable form with the information filled in. It would not allow it to be saved ... which I understand.

I would like to create a MS Word doc with input fields and convert it to a PDF file using PromoPDF. Can this be done? Or, can someone point me to where the answer may lie?

PrimoPDF is a simple document convertor and doesn't support the creation of a PDF with fields.

However, activePDF will be making a fee service available starting in March that convert a document of choice to a PDF and then allows the addition of fields (text, picklists, etc.), checkboxes, and radio buttons to the PDF. So watch this Forum for more details
