Only nice and useful feature for me in 3.2 version is to have choice to replace or append to existing .pdf file. It is nice to have preconfigured decision about this step, but should it be offered in save confirmation dialog? One more button would be nice to have choices like: Replace existing + Append to existing + Cancel
