It is possible to avoid the print dialog box, for example by

1. printing automatically to a folder I specify, or
2. printing automatically to the path of the source file I have on the screen ?

This will always be displayed.

The Enterprise version of PrimoPDF as a silent mode and uses an ini to configure the settings that would normal have to be set in the popup.
