Am on Win XP and version 3.0 of Primo PDF and it seems to take a long time to convert files to PDF and wanting to know if this is standard or if there is something we can do to speed it up.
When trying to convert a WORD doc with only a couple lines of text it takes a couple minutes until it brings up the dialog box prompting for the location to save the file.
When trying to convert a larger WORD doc with a couple pages of text it takes even longer, and took over 4 mins when trying to convert a PowerPoint file with only 1 slide with a photo in it before it brought up the dialog box prompt.
Any tips, advice would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Sam
