I've read that PrimoPDF cannot be installed on a Mac, but I have not found anything about whether the PDF documents it produces can be read by Mac users. I have some recipients who use a Mac and are not able to open the PDF docs. Is this a feature, or a bug? ;)

Anyone know of any particular problem with reading the PrimoPDF files when using a MAC?

We are currently not aware of any issues when using a Mac.
If you have any screen shots or pdfs that will duplicate these errors then please send them to me and I will see If I can replicate this error.

Yes, I've had this issue. I originate my invoices on a PC (in Word) then print them out to pdf using PrimoPDF, then email them to my clients. On a couple of occasions, a client hasn't been able to read the pdf. Both times they were using a Mac.
I also have Macs, and so I've checked by emailing the 'faulty' pdf to myself, and sure enough it's garbage! So I have to open the document in Word on the Mac, output it to pdf using OSX, transfer it back to the PC to email to the client.
My Mac's are running OS 10.3.9 ... not sure if that's the issue.
Curiously, I'm aware that a number of my clients have Mac's, and not all have reported being unable to read my pdfs.

The very reason I am having to do some PDF conversions to landscape (which is giving me trouble, that I posted about today in the Bug Report thread) is because my print guys utilize both Mac and PC. Some of my graphics come out pixelated on the Mac, whereas on the PC, they are perfect.
I was tearing my hair out wondering why one proof of the project would look great and then the next one, using the same files, would have graphics problems. The printshop guys couldn't figure it out, either. It turned out that two different guys were working on the project, one with a Mac, one with a PC. Everything looks great on the PC, so I have to re-do half of my project according to the specs the guy needs for the PC...which means landscape...which has now caused me MORE GRIEF.
Yes, Macs seem to have trouble with these files.
