Creation Failed (-18)

Hi there,

My primo pdf 3.2 sometimes convert only half page of Word into pdf. The problem solved after re-installing it.

Recently I have updated it into primo pdf 4, and I can't convert even half of the page, but a blank page. It shows 'Creation Failed (-18)' as well. And the problem can't be solved even I have re-installed / re-boot.

Could anyone give me some advise ?

Can you please provide me with a link to download the file for testing. Also in some of our other products we have seen similar results that were caused by missing windows/office updates. You may want to check with the windows updates to verify that you have the latest updates installed. If they are not already installed please install them and let us know if that resolves the issue.
