View Full Version : Blank file created from Excel

I was trying to create a PDF file from a worksheet in done in Excel 2007, and instead I keep getting a black PDF file rather than the worksheet.
FYI, the worksheet prints out fine on a regular printer, and it looks exactly like it should be on print preview when I print it out on a printer. But the PDF does not work.
I'm using the latest version of PrimoPDF.

Is there any color being displayed in the PDF file? When printing please verify that it is not set to black and white. If possible could you send me a link to download the sample file to work with and determine if it is an issue with the specific file.

I'm also having an Excel problem. When I print to PrimoPDF it automatically shrinks the data to smaller size on the selected paper size and if multiple pages are used only the first page is legible. All following pages are scrambled.
As a post note, I did get the Unable to install printer PrimoPDF; Primo Port - PrimoPDF: (1726) when I installed it also.

I believe this was probably due to the problem during your installation. I would suggest uninstalling primo and reinstalling it. If you are still experiencing problems please please post a link to the file for testing purposes.
