A little difficult considering the error appears to be in spanish but I believe I got the jist of it.
I would suggest checking your windows updates to be sure you have all of the latest updates installed, in particular the .net framework updates.
Please let me know if this resolves the issue for you.

The language is Italian, not Spanish :-)
In English should be:
System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.ArgumentException: Invalid Socket Handle.
My system is full patched, and I have installed .NET Frameworks 1.1, 2.0 and 3.5

Please try to completely uninstall primoPDF 4.0 and reinstall it to help rule out any problems with the initial installation.

Already done, but the error persists.
I have also deleted manually the program directory and the registry entries before reinstalling...

Can you also grab the redaxxxxx file for me...
C:\Windows\Temp directory (it has no extension, grab the more recent file).
A conversion log would also be helpful, the option to turn on logging for the conversion can be found... in the conversion window under the options.

There are no files in C:\Windows\Temp.
I uninstalled PrimoPDF , and rolled back to PDF Creator... thanks anyway for your support.

It looks like the install logs you previously sent me show an error with the installation. If you already tried to reinstall it and are still having the same problems it would lead me to believe that you have somehow gotten a corrupted install file. I would suggest redownloading the file and reinstalling.

Already done (many times) and nothing happens.

There has got to be something else interfering with the install process then. If you have an antivirus software installed you may want to try disabling it just long enough to install the software to see if that will bypass this error.

Done, but without success.
Sorry, but I have no more time to try "debugging" this application... I'm going back to PDF Creator, that works fine on my system.
Thanks again for your patience.
