When I hit the print button I get an error message that says:
"This software requires the .NET framework 2.0 or higher. Please install .NET framework 2.0 or higher."
I did not get this message when I first began using primo. Because I am a relatively new user, I don't really know what this message means, or how to go about finding the software that it is asking for. Help?

you can get the .net framework from windows updates.

To get to windows updates from your browser go to the "tools" menu, then select "windows updates". Go through the custom setup and be sure that all of the .net framework updates are installed.

Just as an FYI, you will see several versions of .net framework, 1.1, 2.0, 3.0. It will not hurt your system to install all of them as only the appropriate version will be used (detected by your software). So feel free to install all versions and updates if you would like, we only require 2.0 but the additional version will not hurt the functionality of our software.
