Can anyone tell me why Reader does not auto launch after I print to the pdf file? I can pull up the new pdf file manually with no problem, but reader doesn't auto launch!
I'm using Win2K, Reader 8.1.2 and PrimoPDF ver 9.01.
I don't have this problem on another machine with the same OS and software.
Any suggestions?

After the PrimoPDF screen pops up you should see a button in the lower left hand corner called "options". Click on that button and you will see a second screen pop-up, in this screen there will be an option for the viewer you want to use. Please select the "default PDF viewer".

I'm afraid I don't see an "options" button. All I see is 'cancel' and 'ok' buttons and of course the pane to name a file name and path for the pdf. Is there some other way to set the options?
Thanks.

If you do not have primopdf 4.0 please download and install the latest version.

Thanks Jason,
I think version 4 requires Netframework to be installed. Is that correct??

PrimoPDF 4.0 should require .net framework 2.0 which can be found in your windows updates.
