Font problems

When I print with PrimoPDF from word 2003, the resulting PDF is entirely blank when using the font Akzidenz Grotesk. Any suggestions?

We have been seeing similar results when using PostScript Type 1 Fonts. We are currently investigating this issue. There are two ways to currently work around this issue...

1. Simply use one of the base font sets.

2. Uninstall the Akzidenz Grotesk, once this font is uninstalled Primo will automatically try to replace the font with the closest match possible.

Hi,

I see that version 4.1 still have the problem and i was wondering if you see this problem solved in the near future. We are closing in on the time where we have to make a decision on which application to use and would greatly appreciate the progress for a solution on this matter as soon as possible.

There is a known issue with the Type1 fonts that we are still working to resolve. In the mean time you can bypass this problem by simply using a different font type.
