i have installed primo pdf. When I click printo to pdf, the box does not come up to name the file and then allow me to save the document as PDF. Help!

This can occur if you have changed other print settings such as "print to file". When using the primoPDF printer it should be treated just as any other printer. When you are ready to print simply select the primoPDF printer, do not change any other options and the primoPDF window will appear.
