If you enter in the links with their full URL they will convert into links (www.activepdf.com).
However if you are using a hyperlink (http://www.activepdf.com) it can not convert the link.
PrimoPDF will convert whatever can normally be seen by the printer but because hyperlinks can not be seen by the printer they can not be converted when printing to the primoPDF printer.

if you don't need security or other options you can use PrimoOnline. It will hotlink.
