I just downloaded PrimoPDF software but unable to generate pdf. I've installed the software correctly and i'm ale to proceed with all process except the pdf is not generated on the selected folder. Nor it is saved anywhere else also. I'm not getting any error message as well. I'm having Windows vista. Think can be an issue or any perission or setup issue?
Please advice.

I too can not produce a pdf file. I am using windows vista ultimate 64 bit and the only way the Primo control panel is shown is if I run the printers properties in administrator mode then click 'print a test page'. Otherwise I get nothing.

Try to disable 'UAC'. This is the user account control settings that provides an extra layer of security for your computer by continually asking for human input each time you attempt to do just about anything. This will in fact take off that layer of security but IMHO it's more than worth it. I have outlined the proceedure below.
1.) Open control panel.
2.) Open Administrative Tools
3.) Open System Configuration
4.) Go to 'Tools' tab
5.) Scroll to 'Disable UAC' highlight it (click on that command)
6.) Click on the 'Launch' button (near the bottom right)
7.) Reboot your computer
This worked for me.

As Dloyd mentioned the UAC has been known to cause issues for PrimoPDF and disabling it may resolve the problems you are seeing. Below is a link with instructions on how to disable the UAC...

Vista and UAC is a great security tool, it prevents things (malicious) from arbitrarily running without you knowing it. Please do so with extreme caution. There are many posts on the web which describe what I mean. I do turn it on and off myself but for the most part I leave it on
