"Could not find a part of the path" error - Primo won't work today

Have been gratefully and happily using Primo for a long time, but today it's giving me the message: "Could not find a part of the path".

Any thoughts?

I uninstalled and re-installed. Didn't help.

I thought later that I probably need to restart my computer, but then, it just started working again.
