Setup has experienced an error

Hi !
primoSetup.exe(New Version) install start
but as soon as error Dialog Show
as below

Setup has experienced an error.
Please do the following:
Close any running programs
Empty your temporary folder
Check your Internet connenction(Internet-based Setups)
Then try to run Setup again.

Error code: -6001
-------------------
OS: XP_SP2 PC & Win200_SP4 PC is error.
but other XP_SP1 PC is Install OK.
Why?
