Can't convert a publisher file online

I am not tech savvy so bear with me...I have a newsletter that is in publisher and it needs to be a pdf file...the error message I am getting online is that its not a supported file type...its only 164KB so I know its ok size wise...HELP!!

Can you post a link to a screenshot of the error you are seeing?

I get the same result when I try to convert a .pub file. There is nothing special to see in a screenshot. It just says...

Filetype not supported.

right above the line that says,

"The free online creation service lets you:"

I am trying to convert a .pub file that is 359 KB in size. I have uploaded the file I am trying to convert here http://ontheteam.googlepages.com/2007Outreach.PUB
Maybe you can help me figure out what is wrong.

Are there any browser requirements that I might have missed that are needed to use PrimoOnline?

I noticed that on the side of the web page for PrimoOnline it lists
Supported File Types

MS Publisher (PUB)

But the master list http://online.primopdf.com/filetypes.aspx does not contain the .pub extension.

So do you intend to support conversion of Publisher files, but just not yet? Or are we just experiencing a glitch?

I apologize for the confusion, but you are correct .pub files are not supported with PrimoOnline.

In the meantime, the description on the main page should be edited to remove Microsoft Publisher (PUB) from the Supported File Types sidebar.

Publisher is completely proprietary and you can't get a reader for it, so it's beyond our control at the moment.

As for the main site, I have informed the proper people and that will be altered as soon as possible, we apologize for any confusion this has caused.
