PDF creation failed - 7

Heya...

I got this problem that when im pressing "create pdf" I get the message "failed -7)

Im running Vista home premium since it's at my labtop..

Can anyone help me out? Cuz I need it to work before my exams,!

I've disabled AUC on vista and followed guides including "security / access" at folders ect..

This error is caused when requiring a password to open the file. This occurred with a prerelease file of v4.0.1 and can be corrected by simply installing the latest version of PrimoPDF.

Sorry I am using a Windows XP
Even reformatted and reinstalled my entire PC.
Got PrimoPDF to work for a time but after a couple of days, anything I print gets the error PDF creation failed -7
I downloaded the latest version (as of 6/16/2008) and reinstalled it but I still get the same problem.

Surprisingly, this only happens on my laptop. Other units dont encouter this problem.
Any clues?
