I have installed PrimoPDF on a Windows XP machine and it converts word docs to PDF without a problem; however, it will not allow acrobat to launch so I may view the new PDF files. I can view the PDF files from another machine that does not have PrimoPDF installed.
I am using Acrobat 5.0. I have tried rebooting the machine after the Primo intall. Re-installing Acrobat after the Primo install and uninstalling and re-installing Acrobat after the Primo install. None work...the Acrobat process is not running on the task manager when this occurs.
Even uninstalling Primo does not allow Acrobat to function. Once Primo is installed the only solution to get acrobat to work is to re-image the machine.
Any help would be appreciated...
Thanks.
