Blank PDFs

I recently unloaded Office 2007 from my XP machine and went back to Office 2000. Now Primo PDF 3.2 only creates blank files - it worked fine before. I un-installed it and re-installed it - no change. Any ideas?

This is likely to be a permissions issue.

Try giving full permissions to the Windows\Temp and install directory.

This should clear up the issue let me know if this works for you.
