Missing Text

Hi

I have Windows XP Home and ADOBE program
I have just installed PRIMO .pdf and files seem to be copied into .pdf but only header and footers appear.
Have I missed something?

I'm just trying to convert Word files into .pdf.
When I opened the new files only the header and footer appears.
The text in between is missing!

Can you confirm that when you view the word file in print preview that it displays the whole file properly?

After 'ticking' to conversation box the text has now appeared and word file has been converted to .pdf . Do Ineed to do anything more?

I was unable to replicate your issue with your file using your pre-converted file.

Printer now "not responding" when trying to convert other files.

Sorry for delay. I now open word documents but when I go to File then Print the document freezes and I get "The printer has not yet responded..." and I can't open PRIMO program

Make sure the PrimoPDF printer is listed and selected as the printer.

Next make sure your Print Spooler is running.

Word files in English script seem to convert ok. I have tried with files in Chinese script but these has appeared blank.
I went to 2. C:\Program Files\activePDF\PrimoPDF\filename.log). How do I review the file for information about why the conversion failed?

Also tried to convert Excel and Publisher files into .pdf - worked well. Can't understand why these Chinese script files seem to convert but no text appears

The main problem is I am unable to replicate the issue you are having using your file.

Are you getting a error code 18 every time you convert, or just on this word document?

Cintacted person who made original word file and got him to send me the file in .pdf form. Problem with spooler on this file did not resolve itself.
