I work for a company that has a server side License for Primo PDF. One of our users has been receiving an error when creating a PDF file. The PDF File completes and there is no data loss in the file, but every time the user creates a file, the following error pops up.

This is the only instance of this error that has been reported from within the company. Primo PDF is installed on XP SP2 machines.
Attempts to correct issue that have failed:
- un-installing and reinstalling Primo PDF
- Emptying Temp internet files and offline content
- Restoring the advanced Internet options in IE to default
(Several searches for this error suggested emptying cache and restoring defaults.)
Are there any ideas as to what the can cause this error?
