Maximum Nuber of Conversions per Hour

I have been using the free online PDF creator this morning for several scanned jpg files (32 total pages).
I then recieved the error message that I had reached the maximum number of conversions per hour.
I had converted a total of 10 pages so far. But it has been an hour and a half since the last one and i am still getting the same error message.

When does this "hour" reset? I would like to have these done by the end of the day if possible.

It has now been 4 hours since my last conversion and I am still getting the Maximum number of conversions allowed per hour error message.
Please help, this tool is very easy to use and has some really great results. I do not want to abandon it due to this issue. :(
