no printer after install

I installed Primo PDF on a fereshly rebuilt WinME machine which is on an LAN to a WinXP (home edition) host. The idea is to print to pdf so the non network capable printer (HP PSC 1210!) can be used more easily. However - after two installs - when I get this incessant spoolserviocesstart error message during install (and subsequently Uninstall) I gave up. The error pops up ina Dos window - multiple times. After install completes, there are no printers. This computer (the Win ME machine) has no print capability at all; in addition there is physically no room to locate a printer near it anyway.

We should have the new installer up either today or tomorrow. We're just waiting on the licensing approval to make sure all the guidelines are met.
