I am running Primo on a Windows 2000 server. When I select PrimoPDF as the printer, the box appears and I click on "Create PDF" button. A pdf file is created in the appropriate file folder but when opened it is blank. Does anyone have a clue what I am doing wrong? Thank you for your help.

Do you see any content when you open the .DOC file before converting to PDF. If not your PDF will be the same.

I am having the same issue - it only happens on word documents (excel still works). And sometimes i get an error message with -18 at the end. And yes, when i got to print preview, i can see content. I have uninstalled and re-installed primo as well (and i have restarted the printer spooler). Any ideas?
